Application of prescribed Form-F duly typed, signed and stamped [Download Form-F]
Attested copy of CNIC in respect of Director / Owner and partners with Deed.
Attested copy of Commercial Lease Agreement / Rent Agreement
CNIC in respect of Director / Owner and partners with Deed.
List of staff along with copies of CNIC, educational qualification and experience
Medical Fitness Certificate on prescribed Form-I in respect of all employees duly signed stamped and issued by a registered medical practitioner [Download Form-I]
Room rates
Menu Card or rate list of the restaurant in hotel
Building Plan of Hotel
Copy of valid Sindh Food Authority Certificate
Latest Fire Fighting Certificate issued by the Civil Defence

Directorate of Tourist Services working under the Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, is a regulatory department for various establishments providing tourism service i.e. Hotels, Restaurants, Travel Agencies and Tour Guides.

Hotels Registration

The owner of every hotel shall, from the opening of the hotel, apply in the Directorate of Tourist Services for registration and licencing of his hotel.

Restaurants Registration

The owner of every restaurant shall, from the opening of the restaurant, apply in the Directorate of Tourist Services for registration and licencing of his restaurant.

Travel Agencies Registration

Any person operating or intending to organize and operate a travel agency shall apply in the Directorate of Tourist Services for the grant of a licence.

Tour Guide Registration

Any person operating or intending to organize and operate as tourist guide shall apply in the Directorate of Tourist Services for the grant of a licence.
