Inspections & Compliance

Enforcement

Periodic inspection of licensed establishments by officers of the Directorate to verify continued compliance with the prescribed standards under the applicable laws.

Receipt and redressal of public complaints regarding licensed establishments. Complaints may be lodged in writing or through the contact channels of the Directorate.

How It Works

Licensing procedure

Applications for registration and licensing are processed in the following manner.

Submission of Application

The applicant submits the prescribed form along with the required documents to the Directorate.

Scrutiny of Application

The application and documents are scrutinised for completeness and eligibility.

Site Inspection

An officer of the Directorate inspects the premises to verify the prescribed standards.

4

Payment of Fee (Challan)

On clearance of inspection, the prescribed fee is deposited through the designated challan.

5

Grant of License

Upon fulfilment of all requirements, the Registration Certificate / License is issued under the signature of the Controller.
